Coinciding with the International Year of Glacier Conservation, the Kilian Jornet Foundation will offer us an introduction to the current state of glaciers and present some of its projects related to the study of permafrost in the Pyrenees. 
Following this, the guitarist from Lleida Jordi Mestre, the singer Joana Jové and the audiovisual producer Jordi Rulló will present the short film and collaborative project El llanto del glaciar and explain the story behind its creation.

Exclusive premiere for the festival. Five artists from different countries, each deeply connected to the mountains, nature and the arts, come together to create a collaborative film shot across various glaciers in America and Europe (La Mer de Glace, Aletsch, Cerro Trobador, Antisana and Maladeta), performing live and dancing to an original musical piece, composed especially for the occasion, in order to raise public awareness about the alarming retreat of glaciers and awaken climate awareness.
